Teatro underground

Cuando Greg me dijo que íbamos a ver una obra de teatro en Berkeley salté de emoción, principalmente por dos motivos:
1. Porque me encanta el teatro
2. Porque desde que Greg ha empezado a trabajar no me dedica ni media hora seguida al día.
Hace ya varias semanas que intentaba reservar entradas, pero no había manera, así que por fin las consiguió ayer y fuimos.

Me dijo que la obra de teatro se hacía en una pizzería y yo pensé por un momento en la originalidad del sitio pero tengo que decir que me asusté. Pensé que sería un tostón de esos que no aguanta ni el apuntador, pero allí fui, hasta una pizzería en Berkeley.

Pero si lo de la pizzería era raro, ya no quiero ni contaros la impresión que me llevé cuando descubrí que el escenario era subterráneo.
Había oído hablar del arte underground, y ayer entendí por qué.
Por cierto, la obra genial. Hacía tiempo que no lo pasaba tan bien en un "teatro", (por llamarlo de alguna manera) y la pizza que nos comimos mientras la veíamos, otro tanto.

When Greg told me that we were going to that play in Berkeley, I get excited!, mostly for two reasons:
1. Because I love plays, of course
2. Because since Greg started the new job, he doesn't dedicate me even a half an hour per day
He has been trying so hard to make a reservation but it wasn't until yesterday that we were able to go.
He told me the play was showed in a pizza place and I have to say that even it looks an original thing, it scared me, I thought it would be those kind of boring plays that everybody sleeps with.
But if the pizza place thing was weird, you can't even thing what I thought when I saw that the scenario was underground.
Now I understand why "underground" art exists.
By the way, the play was great. It's been a long time I haven't spent such a nice night in a "theater" (or kinda) and also the pizza that we ate while we watch it.
