Fenómeno PS3

Increíble pero cierto. Pertenezco a la exclusiva comunidad PlayStation 3... y me siento privilegiada.

Después de que mi amiga Ana me llamara para pedirme el favor de conseguirle la PlayStation 3 como regalo de Navidades para su hijo, hice todo lo que estaba en mis manos. Llamé por teléfono a la tienda y me contestó un chico diciendo "Hola, buenos días, la PS3 está agotada, le atiende Kevin, ¿en qué puedo ayudarle?" era obvio que la cosa iba a ser complicada. Así que decidí acercarme al día siguiente a la tienda y ver qué es lo que podía hacer... Cuando llegué al lugar en cuestión me encontré una cola enorme de gente que estaba como loca esperando poder llegar al mostrador y pagar su PS3. Yo, pensando que la cosa iría rápida, me puse a la cola... incluso conseguí una pegatina que te garantizaba que podría tener mi PS3, no importara el tiempo que estuviera allí. Así que una vez con mi pegatina en la solapa, ya lo demás era coser y cantar.

Pues bien, después de ¡2 horas de cola! y pagar $650 por ella, me dí cuenta de que el hijo de mi amiga Ana no podría disfrutar completamente del aparato ya que el sistema de vídeo americano es diferente al europeo, eso sin contar la diferencia de enchufes y el pensar cómo transportar una caja de tal dimensión (7kg) en el avión.

Finalmente Ana me ha dicho que lo deje, que la devuelva...

Evidentemente después de ver que en E-Bay la están vendiendo por $2,000... ¡me da qué pensar!

My friend from Spain called me to ask me if I could get the PlayStation 3 for his son's Christmas present. So I called to the store and when someone answered me saying "Good evening, the PS3 is sold out, this is Kevin, how can I help you?" was the moment that I realized how hard it would be to get one. The next day I decided to go to the store and ask them personally but when I got there I found a big lane of people waiting to buy it because they have just arrived it. Thinking it would be fast, I joined them and I got an exclusive sticker that guaranteed me to have the machine...

After 2 hours waiting! and spending $650 for it, I realized that my friend's son wouldn't be able to enjoy the PS3 because the video system is different, the plugs are different and the most important, I had no idea how to keep with me a 15 pounds box travelling in a plane.

Finally my friend told me to return it back... but after checking how people is selling it in E-Bay for $2,000... it makes me think about it! Is there anyone interested?
